| in december 1999 the first fantasy desktop was created. we had a small free hosting site which was popular with friends and locals. in october 2003 our first wallpaper of carmen electra was sent to thebeachwallpaper for posting with a great response. it can still be seen today. in december of 2003 the domain name was registered. since then, my techniques have changed with diversity of colors, style, and worldly locations, made on my computer to share with you. |
| as my regular visitors know, fantasy desktops is a small personal website. i am not much different than most of you reading this. got a night job. a home in the suburbs. got good friends. got a nissan. got a motorcycle. got hobbies too. one of those hobbies, in my off time from everything else, is making wallpapers for fun and for you to download to your own desktop for your enjoyment too. |
| my efforts are to create the wallpapers to look as realistic as possible, as if taken from a camera with real backdrops, however there is also the abstract backdrops to add change of style and diversity. detail is taken with depth of field, color associations, hair preservation, enhancements, shadows, shading, filters, and special effect brushes that make the difference. fantasy desktops is alive and well with regular updates of some of your favorite models and celebrities. |
